This project aims to keep track of the past, integrating into Sandweiler village setting. As you enter this building, you will go from the past to present. Wrought iron details express the historic know-how of craftsmen from the past. The character of this residence is given by the interaction of the past and the present. The past highlights the contemporary and vice versa. Formerly this building was a farm, then a café and also post office. This project offers contemporary comfort with aesthetic traces from the past.

Sandweiler is located on the outskirts of Luxembourg City, just 5 minutes from the city and Findel Airport and 10 minutes from Kirchberg.

The town has nearly 3,700 inhabitants with a significant mix of nationalities, about half of the population is Luxembourgish.
